Нагревает посредственно даже на максимальной мощности. Нагревательный элемент - провод, уложенный несколькими петлями с двух сторон. Нет теплоизоляции, поэтому греет и всё вокруг себя. Бутылка с водой 7 градусов стала еле теплее за 30 минут в машине. Неплохо было бы изолировать нагревательный элемент и сделать его плоским. Но не в этом товаре. Чуда не ждите.
